I woke up hungry...I am used to working out three days a week and so am a bit concerned about sitting still for so long and still eating like I want to. So today, I scooted, then hobbled around the kitchen and made myself an egg, turkey bacon, feta cheese scramble with kiwi. Don't be too impressed: we are out if Cheerios and have tons of eggs so I used what I had the most of.
my Boot. I am sure I will name him in the near future. Ethel and Lena, the crutches, I still had from my knee surgery and what a comfort they are. Except I forgot they hurt your underarms. Is that what underarmor is for? Protection from crutches? I feel good except for the pain in my ankle. Will go see the specialist next Tuesday so it will be a week after the break and the swelling will have gone down. Right now it's working its way down my ankle and should be out my toes by Sunday. Till then, I am watching Judge Judy and getting lots of ideas from Pintrest about what I can do when I can move at will...
